Pastor Lionel Parker, Jr. is the Senior Pastor of Greater New Grove Christian Worship Center in Houston, TX, where he passionately preaches the uncompromised gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost, hurt, and unchurched. His ministry is rooted in love and guided by the scripture from Jeremiah 29:11, reflecting God's thoughts of peace and hope for His people. A native Houstonian, Pastor Parker graduated from Forest Brook High School, attended YUBA College in Marysville, California, and studied at the College of Biblical Studies. He began his ministry journey in the late 1980s at Greater New Grove Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Paul Jones, and in 1998, he preached his first sermon at Greater New Grove CWCC under Pastor Elvin D. Stewart, Sr. Over the years, Pastor Parker served in various leadership roles including Youth Pastor, Vice President of the Board of Trustees, and Administrator of Ministries and Finances.
In 2003, Pastor Parker was appointed and ordained as the Senior Pastor of Greater New Grove by Pastor Frank Mazzapica. In 2020, he became a Spiritual Son of Apostle Jerome Nelson, Sr. and was officially installed as an Apostle in January 2020. Pastor Parker is part of the Congress of Apostolic and Prophetic Ministries, led by Chief Apostle Joseph Prude. Alongside his wife, Elect Lady Anetta Parker, they serve together in ministry, and are also the founders of Lionel Parker Ministries, which published the book From The Pew to First Lady. The Parkers are proud parents of four children, Javon, Quincy, Shayla, and Lionel III, and grandparents to five grandchildren: Daijah, Alyssa, JaVon Jr., Allyson, and Kadyn.

Elect Lady Anetta Parker
First Lady & Director, Precious Stones Academy
Elect Lady Anetta Parker is a well-known teacher, organizer, mentor, coach, leader, and author at Greater New Grove Christian Worship Center in Humble, Texas. A native of Dayton, Texas, she grew up in a Christian family but never imagined she would one day be called to preach and teach God's word to others. In July 2007, she received her Minister’s License from her husband, Pastor Lionel Parker, Jr., and began leading the Women of Virtue Ministry. Through this ministry, she empowers women from all walks of life to grow spiritually stronger and more motivated through prayer, fasting, faith, and the Word of God. Elect Lady Parker is also the author of two impactful books: From The Pew to First Lady (2007), which chronicles her journey from a pew member to a leader in the Kingdom of God, and God’s Grace is Sufficient: A Personal Journey from Heartache to Hope (2011), where she shares how prayer, fasting, and God's Word helped her endure personal tragedies, including the loss of her mother.
In addition to her ministry and writing, Elect Lady Parker serves as the Director of the Women of Virtue Ministry and the Precious Stones Academy Childcare Center, which is part of the vision of Greater New Grove. She has also been a director at the First Ladies Conference in Houston and participated in a White House trip to bring awareness to human trafficking and affordable healthcare. Anetta has spoken at conferences across Houston, Oakland, California, and Las Vegas, sharing her story and encouraging others. She was featured in various media outlets, including an interview on Live, Love, and Relate TV and an appearance on the international web show The Conversation. Together with her husband, she co-publishes Lionel Parker Ministries, and they are proud parents of four children and five grandchildren.
